About these terms
These terms cover your use of the SAMA Tradeway website and client portal. Orders themselves are governed by the order confirmation and invoice for each order.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email address secure; activity in your account is treated as yours.
Requests and quotes
- Sending a request does not commit you to buy.
- Each quote option is valid until the date shown on it.
- An order starts only when you approve an option and we confirm the order.
What you share with us
Only upload photos, links and documents you are allowed to share. We use them to source and handle your request.
Suppliers
We manage the relationship with factories and suppliers, and their identities are not shared through the portal.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available, but access may sometimes be interrupted, for example during maintenance.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
